Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we will discontinue DocWallet as of December 31, 2018. We thank you for your trust.
Enclosed you will find important information for the deletion of your account.
Although all functionalities of the service remain until the final closure. In order to ensure a safe and smooth transition, we recommend that you transfer your confidential documents from the DocWallet Safe in a timely manner.
For private use the free E-POST Cloud is available. Information can be found at https://www.epost.de .
Telekom AG, for example, offers appropriate solutions for commercial use.
What you need to do specifically:
- Put all your content - documents, pictures, and files - from DocWallet to a safe location.
- Delete the files from your DocWallet Safe.
- Then synchronize the document stock once.
- Next, delete your connected devices under Menu > Devices.
- Delete your account under
- iOS: Menu > Settings or
- Windows: Settings > Users.
With this you have removed all data from DocWallet and deleted your account.
If you have already paid your license fees beyond December 31, 2018, we will refund them as a matter of course. So that the repayment can be made promptly:
